Laundromat FAQ
We do not. We wash and dry your clothes in a private facility where our machines stay cleaner because they are not being used by the public.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your laundry Monday - Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. You will receive a text message when your clean laundry is ready to be picked up.
When we wash your laundry, we use a premium brand detergent. If you prefer, you can choose Tide or a Free & Clear option for a small upcharge.
It is only $2.40/lb. for our convenient drop off laundry service.
There is a $30 minimum for all wash and fold orders.
Your clean laundry will be ready in 24 hours. Orders dropped off on Friday, however, won't be ready until Monday.
We never mix our customer's laundry with another customers. We know that this can enable mix-ups and cross contamination.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer our laundry pickup and delivery service Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
The cost of our pickup and delivery laundry service is only $2.50/lb.
There is a $30 minimum order for our pickup and delivery laundry service.
Your clean, fresh laundry will be returned to you in 24 hours. However, orders picked up on Friday will not be returned to you until Monday.
It is quick and easy to schedule a pickup. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and fill out your information.
You do not have to be home to utilize our service. Just be sure to let us know in the "Driver's Notes" where you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to find it. Please make sure that you leave it in a secure location. The Laundry Room is not responsible for stolen laundry.
No problem! If you like your laundry done a particular way just let us know in the "Preferences" field when you place your order. These preferences will be saved and done each time you use our service.
You do not have to sign a contract. You can discontinue your service at any time because we are confident that you will stick with us as long as we continue to provide you with exceptional service.
When you place your order, we ask for your credit/debit card information. Your card will not be charged until your laundry has been completed.
We recommend that you put your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that can be cinched closed so no laundry can spill out.
If you are signed up for regular service and you plan to go out of town, you can log into your account and suspend your service until you return.
